Oxygenated emulsion formulated with hydrogen peroxide, with a concentration of 10 volumes (3%) .

For the permanent hair coloring process, we present a complete range of professional oxidants and hydrogen peroxide that enhance color development when mixed with the hair coloring cream.

It is a vegan formulation, with osmosis water (deionized) and stabilized hydrogen peroxide . It can also be used to mix with bleaching powder for hair bleaching.

Warnings:
