Express Hydration Pack with No-Rinse VR, Hydrating Shampoo, and Styling Water
As always, it is essential to know our hair type and what we like best or what we need.
If the hair is very damaged or rough, after washing, the mask can be used, and after showering, finish the styling by applying VR from mid-lengths to ends, focusing on the ends.
If the hair is not very damaged, but you want to keep it healthy and protected, you can alternate the use of a hair mask and VR.
There are several differences between these products:
Texture: Biphasic conditioners are liquid, while VR is a creamy balm.
Directions for use: Although both are used on damp hair, VR can be applied in other ways as well.
Benefits: VR is all-in-one in terms of benefits and directions for use, while biphasic conditioners are primarily designed to detangle, and one or the other is used depending on hair type.
From mid-lengths to ends.
Yes! It can be applied no matter your hair type.
Yes! VR can be applied after every wash without any problem.
If you are going to make intensive use of heat tools, such as straighteners, curling irons, etc., we advise using heat protectant all over your hair.
VR should be applied to wet hair after showering. However, if you want to use it as an intensive treatment, you can apply it to dry hair and leave it on for a few hours, then wash it off.
It is distinguished by its great versatility, as it can be used in different ways depending on each person's needs, and by the large number of benefits it offers: it detangles, reduces damage, increases shine and strength of the hair, protects from temperature and daily damage and seals split ends.
Both can be incorporated into the routine and used together or alternately:
If the hair is very damaged, dry, and difficult to detangle, after washing, you can use the mask, and after showering, finish the styling by applying VR from mid-lengths to ends, focusing on the ends.
If the hair is not very damaged, but you want to keep it healthy and protected, you can alternate the use of a hair mask and VR.
If you want to avoid using a hair mask but need conditioner to detangle and protect your hair, use only VR.
The “R” stands for all the benefits that VR offers to hair: Restore, Revitalize, Restructure, Renew. Accompanied by our V for Valquer to give it more emphasis and recognize our brand.
The main differences are those detailed in the question “Differences with the biphasic conditioner”, adding that the Total Repair conditioner also has a repairing function.
Because they do not contain sulfates, silicones, dyes and salt
– Sulfate substitutes: other much milder and less irritating surfactants for the scalp such as betaine, ampho acetates, sulfosuccinates, and isethionate.
– Silicone substitutes: instead of silicones, the shampoo contains plant-based oligosaccharides and Phytokeratine (naturally-derived proteins), both of which lightly condition and soften the hair, resulting in hydrated, nourished, loose, and manageable hair.
– Salt substitute: a thickener that provides a sponge-like texture, suitable for sensitive skin formulations.
The biggest difference with a regular shampoo with sulphates is the sensitisation of the scalp. Shampoos with sulphates have a high foaming and cleansing power, and sulphate-free shampoos are less irritating for sensitive scalps.
There are other sulphate-free shampoos on the market, but they are lacking in viscosity, foam and cleansing power. Our 0% shampoo with a sponge texture and high viscosity, produces a much softer foam, with finer and smaller air bubbles, giving the sensation of a creamier foam, obtaining extreme softness and cleanliness on the hair.
The most common sulfate surfactants are sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), sodium laureth sulphate (SLES), and sodium coco sulphate (SCS).
They contain mild and less irritating surfactants for all types of scalp, even sensitive ones.
