The estimated delivery time in mainland Spain is 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday), except for specific dates (such as the first weeks of August and Christmas), when it can take 4 or 6 days. For example, in a typical situation:

  • Order placed on Monday, estimated delivery Wednesday
  • Order placed on Saturday, estimated delivery Tuesday

For other destinations outside of Spain (mainland), the estimated delivery time may be 4 to 20 business days, depending on the distance to the destination.

The user has 15 business days to request an exchange or refund for the products. An exchange or return can be requested using the withdrawal form.

The user must send the merchandise perfectly packaged and unused to the address:

Once the merchandise is received, it will be inspected and, if there has been no tampering, a refund may be issued via bank transfer to the account number provided by email to info@valquer.com. If the product is damaged upon receipt, you must record this on the carrier's sheet, take photos and send them by phone (635685917) or by email to info@valquer.com.

In this case, our company will refund the money via bank transfer and may or may not arrange for the collection of the products.

Shipping costs are displayed once the purchase is completed based on the weight of the order.

Shipping is free for purchases over €39.
