1. Apply a small amount to damp hair.
2. Massage lightly on the scalp, feeling its """"sponge"""" texture and rinse with water.
3. Repeat the operation and let it act for a few minutes.
4. Finally, rinse with plenty of water.

Energizing hair mask with Wheat Germ Extract, Blueberry and Frescolat that enhances the color and shine of dyed hair:

1. Apply to hair that has just been washed and/or rinsed with lukewarm water and lightly towel-dried.
2. Leave to act for at least 3 to 5 minutes (it is recommended to extend the exposure time so that the cold enhances the effectiveness of this formulation).
3. Massage and proceed to untangle during the exposure time.
4. Rinse with plenty of cold water.
